It's early days but my stiffness and pain has definitely improved. I've recommended it to a friend who noticed me walking better, she was impressed so signed up and is waiting on her first bottle.

For a couple of years now my routine is Vanilla Kurk in coffee first thing in the morning and either the Lemon or Orange Kurk in water later in the day again. I love it!

I have been taking Kurk for the last 12 mths for my inflammation as recommended by Dr Harry. I suffering from rheumatoid arthritis which was very painful in the joints . I’ve been using the KURK D3+K2 Spray for a few weeks and I’m very happy with it. The mint flavour is pleasant, it’s quick and easy to use, and much more convenient than swallowing tablets. I also like that it’s plant-based and contains both D3 and K2 in one spray. A great product that has become part of my daily routine.

This stuff has been great, I have tried other curcumin supplenents and they necer did anything. I am now on a subscription for Kurks becaise it works. My body feels more relaxed and the more I take it the more my body seems to soften. Try it.

Kurk really works. I had been taking another longevity supplement along with natural anti-inflammatories and antioxidant tablets daily for many months/years. They helped manage my discomfort to a degree. Then on 21st June my left knee became badly inflamed, so bad I could hardly walk. My doctor advised it was osteoarthritis and told me I needed bed rest, along with prescription anti-inflammatories and pain killers. They eased my discomfort a little but my knee was still quite swollen and sore. Then on 2nd July I came across an ad for Kurk. Read some of the reviews and thought, well it couldn't hurt to try. So I placed my first order for the 95ml vanilla flavoured liquid, which I received late afternoon on 10th July and I took my first 1ml mix with dinner. When I woke up the next morning I couldn't believe the difference. The swelling had decreased, (considerably more than what over a week of taking prescription medication had achieved) Then I realised my knee wasn't throbbing, i stood up and managed to walk to the kitchen - unaided. I've been taking my Kurk every day since. I have better mobility, limited swelling, next to no discomfort - that depends on how much gardening or other work i get up to. I'm also sleeping better and an added bonus my hip and shoulders have stopped aching too. I'm able to chase my grandbabies around again. If I hadn't experienced first hand the difference, I don't think I would've believed it. Everyone i know has also seen the difference. It will be an interesting conversation at my next doctors visit. NB. I should also note, I stopped taking all the other supplements, tablets etc 9th July. I'm so thankful to have found Kurk, it's definitely had a positive impact on my life. Cheers

I absolutely love the taste in my coffee in the morning, I look forward to it.. I actually wish I could have it in all my coffee's.. I feel better I think for using it, nothing dramatic but I'm not needing my pre workout on my strength workout days.. I'm liking it, and I will continue using it..

I purchased the 3 pack of 30 mls- Lemon, Orange and Vanilla. I take the vanilla in my morning coffee or either of the Lemon or Orange in water. So easy to add to the morning routine. Early days yet but I have had less discomfort and better sleep these past few weeks so hopefully this further improves !

I love using Kirk Vanilla in my morning coffee! I ordered based on reviews and the science of it being bio-available. I was someone who used powdered tumeric and black pepper in my morning smoothies.
