Kurk Functional Foods Ltd is a subsidiary of TruthCorp Holdings Limited (the "Parent Company"). As part of the TruthCorp Holdings Limited corporate group, we share your personal data with our Parent Company and other Group Companies for the following purposes:

Where processing is restricted, we may need to retain sufficient information about you to ensure that the restriction is respected in future.

This includes the right to object to data sharing within our corporate group where such sharing is based on legitimate interests.
