Why do i need Vitamin C?
Despite a myriad of Vitamin C sources in the fruit and vegetables in our diets, a lot of people in the UK are still deficient in Vitamin C. Most of the "supermarket" supplements contain synthetic versions of Vitamin C which we believe are inferior.
